World of Eastern Medicine
Ayurveda Elemental Yoga TTC (50Hrs)
According to Yoga and Ayurveda, the ancient sister sciences founded in India's Vedic traditions, five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—constitute the foundation of all creation. These elements embody all life in nature, with each playing a unique role: earth roots and grounds, water flows, fire energizes, air lightens, and space expands.
Tribe Academy’s Ayurveda Elemental YTTC blends an in-depth anatomical and biomechanical understanding of yoga with the comprehensive framework of Ayurveda's 5 Element system.
You will learn how to adapt your yoga practice and teaching to meet your own individual physical, psychological, and emotional requirements, as well as guide your students to experience transformational change. During this training, you will acquire all the essential tools and skills needed to help yourself and your students improve health and wellbeing.
