JYOTI
RAHEJA
E-RYT 200 | Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
I was introduced to yoga at a very young age of 17 years old, when I only knew yoga more as Pranayama and few Hatha Asanas . As I grew old , I had this curiosity to deepen my knowledge in yoga philosophy and more. That's when I did my yttc.
I have been on this journey since then.
Being born and raised in an Indian family, was exposed to yogic learning and mantra chanting as a part of my everyday life.
I wish to share my knowledge and yoga lineage through my teaching and empower others to strengthen their practice.
