25-Hour Myofascial Release Training (Online)
A precise, intelligent, and applied approach to fascia-informed yoga teaching
25-hour Fascia Yoga Teacher Training
01st July 2028 - Online section of the training will commence
About the Training
You already know how to teach movement.
You already understand alignment, sequencing, and anatomy, at least to some degree.
And yet… something still feels incomplete.
Because your students:
-
feel tight despite stretching
-
move well in class but regress outside it
-
carry patterns that don’t change with cues alone
This is where most yoga education stops. And this is exactly where this training begins.
Why Myofascial Release - And Why Now
Fascia is no longer a fringe topic.
It is now widely recognised as a body-wide communication network influencing movement, tension, hydration, and even perception .
Research and modern movement science are shifting how we understand the body:
-
muscles do not work in isolation
-
movement happens through interconnected fascial chains
-
tension is not always solved through stretching
And yet, most yoga teachers are still teaching as if none of this exists.
This creates a gap.
Between what we know…
and how we teach.
The Problem With Most Myofascial Training

Let’s be honest.
A lot of what’s being taught today is:
-
overly technical
-
overly simplified
-
or overly obsessed with tools
You are taught:
→ where to place the ball
→ how long to roll
→ what muscle you are targeting
But not:
→ why it works
→ when it doesn’t
→ how to adapt it for real bodies
→ how to integrate it into a yoga class intelligently
This is why many teachers finish fascia trainings with knowledge, but not clarity.
The Problem With Most Myofascial Training
This is not about collecting techniques.
This is about understanding application.
You will learn:
-
how to observe fascial patterns, not assume them
-
how to apply myofascial release without overdoing it
-
how to combine release with movement, not separate it
-
how to integrate it into Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, or Restorative spaces
-
how to teach it in a way your students actually understand
Because fascia is not something you “fix”.
It is something you work with.

What You Will Study
This 25-hour training is structured to give you both depth and clarity, without overwhelming you with unnecessary complexity.
Fascia - Beyond the Buzzword You will study fascia as: •a continuous network, not isolated tissue •a system that adapts to load, habit, and stress •a structure that influences both movement and stillness We move away from outdated anatomy and into a more functional, integrated understanding.
Myofascial Release - Intelligent Application You will learn: •how to use balls, rollers, and body weight effectively •how to adjust pressure, duration, and positioning •how to recognise productive vs excessive intensity •how to guide students safely Most importantly, you will understand that more pressure is not better.
Mapping the Body - Fascial Lines & Patterns You will explore: •major fascial pathways in the body •how tension travels across regions •how one restriction affects another This is where your teaching becomes more precise.
Movement + Release - Not Separate Practices Most trainings isolate release from movement. You will learn how to: •integrate myofascial release into sequencing •use it before, during, or after asana •combine it with dynamic and static practices Because in real teaching, everything overlaps.
Teaching Methodology This is where your course becomes stronger than your competitors. You will learn: •how to structure a full myofascial class •how to integrate it into existing classes •how to cue clearly without overwhelming students •how to create safe, accessible, and effective experiences
Contraindications & Safety Because this work is powerful. You will understand: •when not to apply pressure •how to work with injuries •how to modify for different bodies
Practical Integration This training is not theoretical. You will: •practise regularly •observe your own patterns •refine your teaching approach •build confidence through application
