100-Hour Online Nervous System Sovereignty Training | The Somāntra Approach
Study the relationship between restorative practice, conscious rest, meditation and responsible facilitation through a fully online 100-hour pathway with The Yoga Nerds.
Your training brings together:
• 50-hour Online Restorative Yoga Teacher Training: course access from 27 February to 12 September 2027, including four required live Zoom sessions on 24 and 31 July, and 7 and 14 August, from 4:00 to 6:30 pm UK time (BST). Restorative assignments are due by 12 September 2027.
• 25-hour Online Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training: course access from 1 May to 12 September 2027. Yoga Nidra assignments are due by 12 September 2027.
• 25-hour Online Meditation Facilitator Training: course access from 1 July to 31 October 2027. Meditation assignments are due by 31 October 2027.

The complete 100-hour Somāntra training: 50 hours of in-person Restorative Yoga in East Lothian on 4, 5, 11 and 12 September 2027, plus online Yoga Nidra and Meditation training. Yoga Nidra assignments are due 12 September; Meditation assignments are due 31 October 2027. Certificates require successful completion of all three components.

Standard - 100Hr NSS
The complete 100-hour Somāntra pathway, fully online: 50-hour Restorative Yoga with four required live Zoom sessions, 25-hour Yoga Nidra and 25-hour Meditation. Restorative and Yoga Nidra work is due 12 September 2027; Meditation work is due 31 October 2027. No in-person attendance is required. Certificates depend on successful completion of each component.
