300+Hour Yoga Teacher Training - Module 2

Mapping Inner Landsapes

Starts February 2028

Yin TTC (50hrs)

Step into a deep journey of introspection with our 50-Hour Yin Yoga TTC, designed for yoga teachers and serious practitioners seeking to explore the healing power of stillness, surrender, and somatic awareness. This Yin Yoga Teacher Training blends the foundational philosophy of Hatha Yoga, the energetic wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and the transformative insights of fascia science and meridian theory.

You'll learn how to guide students through the subtle landscapes of connective tissue, where tension and trauma are stored, and how to unlock the flow of prāṇa and chi through the body’s meridian pathways. We emphasise how anatomical uniqueness influences each posture and offer functional, inclusive frameworks for teaching Yin to diverse bodies.

Far from being just a sequence of passive shapes, this training empowers you to teach Yin with intention, integrity, and therapeutic depth. Whether you're looking to enhance your teaching repertoire or simply reconnect to your body’s innate intelligence, this training offers a complete map for embodied stillness, emotional release, and inner alignment.

Pranayama TTC (25Hrs)

Pranayama is one of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, as mentioned in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, making it a crucial step on the path to enlightenment. Your breathing pattern significantly influences your focus and physical abilities in yoga postures (asana) and grounding activities (meditation).

Our breath directly affects our nervous system, controlling fight-or-flight, rest-and-relaxation responses, as well as our respiratory, cardiovascular, and digestive systems. Essentially, the way we breathe impacts almost every aspect of our well-being.

Daily stress, anxieties, lifestyle choices, and habits often create physical and energetic barriers in our bodies, leading to shallow or erratic breathing. Over time, we develop unconscious breathing patterns that hinder the flow of breath and prana. Many people suffer from abnormal breathing patterns without realising it.

In this transformative course, you will gain a deep understanding of the fundamentals of breathing, focus, and grounding practices, and how they impact the body and mind. You will also learn practical tools and techniques to effectively incorporate pranayama teachings into your yoga classes. Join us to deepen your practice, enhance your teaching skills, and inspire positive change in yourself and your students.

During this training, you will learn effective myofascial release techniques to safely support your yoga practice. By identifying troubled spots and targeting your entire nervous system, you will make your practice more sustainable and beneficial. Embrace this opportunity to deepen your understanding, enhance your expertise, and elevate your yoga practice to new heights.
